Our fabric is GOTS certified, which means the material is organic, non-toxic, safe, and made in an ethical environment. Our inks are OEKO-Tex certified and water-based, and the Monna Lisa machine used to print our tablecloths also has an Eco Passport certification for its sustainability.

Dry cleaning is recommended for our fabrics, however if you prefer to wash then please do so at 30 degrees, using natural detergents to protect the fabric and the environment. Avoid using softeners and bleaches. Air dry your cloth for best results and if you like to iron, then do so on a low heat. Some small fading of colours naturally occurs over time as well as some minimal shrinkage, as long as the instructions are followed.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
